Dave Swearingen, RLA
Acting as the President of the company, Dave is also a part of our design/sales team.  Dave graduated from Ball State University in 1993 and has been a registered Landscape Architect in the State of Ohio since 1995.  Dave and his wife Michelle live in New Carlisle with their three children, Brendan, Bailey, and Dane.

Ben Bayer
Ben has been with The Site Group since 1998.  His previous experience was in construction and electrical work, giving him the experience and knowledge to become a licensed electrician in Ohio.  Ben is part of our design / sales team and helps with electrical, lighting, and water features as well.  Ben and his wife Joy have two sons, Fletcher and Mitchell.

Marshall Gipe
Marshall has been with The Site Group since 1996.  A graduate of Penn State University’s Landscape Contracting program, Marshall is primarily involved in design and estimating for The Site Group.  Marshall and his wife Becky live in Clayton with their two children Rhett and Halli.

Jay Sink
Jay started with The Site Group in 1996.  Helping on his family farm while growing up gave him a strong work ethic and dedication to efficiency.  Jay is involved in purchasing and scheduling of projects, equipment, and manpower.  Jay and his wife Lisa live in Tipp City with their children Stewart and Alyssa.

Al Moore
Al has been with The Site Group since 2004.  Al has a degree in engineering from Wright State and enjoys training and process implementation for The Site Group.  Al has been a main promoter of our “Lean” initiative and assists in scheduling and training with Jay.  Al and his wife Kami live in Fairborn with their Boston Terrier, Dozer.

Brandon Lair
Brandon has been with The Site Group since 2001 and plays a dual role as business manager and head of our maintenance division.  Brandon graduated from Miami University and enjoys using his education in the areas of business developing and job tracking.  Brandon and his wife Lyndsay live in Tipp City with their son Baylen.
